🗣️ LET IT OUT!!

This kind of healing isn’t easy.

It asks you to feel what you’ve spent years avoiding. To sit with what you’ve learned to survive. To release what’s been living in your body for far too long.

That can feel overwhelming. And yes, it takes a lot of courage.

Many people have learned how to function through their pain. They’ve become so accustomed to carrying it that healing doesn’t feel urgent. Until one day... it does.

Because healing has a way of finding you when you’re ready.

It gently whispers at first. Then it gets louder. It disrupts your comfort. It refuses to let you ignore what your spirit has been asking you to face.

The truth is, we often think we have more time.

But unhealed pain doesn’t just affect us.

It touches our homes.
Our relationships.
Our work.
Our purpose.
Our finances.
Our children... and the generations that come after them.

Healing isn’t just personal, it’s generational.

Sometimes what you’re resisting isn’t what you want. It’s exactly what you need.

This work may seem “too much” or “too woo woo” to some. But our foremothers knew the power of gathering, grieving, praying, singing, moving, crying, and releasing together.

They understood that healing wasn’t meant to happen in isolation.

So if your body has been whispering, your spirit has been nudging, and your heart knows it’s time...

Maybe it’s time to stop holding it all in.

Maybe it’s time to let it out.

Offerings to the Water

This is the time to return to the truth. Your truth. The truth that rests on our defiance to what was and obedience to see what most have forgotten and many have demonized and yet we chose to believe that we are worthy. We choose to be wild and untamed. unapologetic. We remember that we are magic. That we are magnetic. That we are bodies of water and waves of currency. When nourish we are in flow state.

We are our first altars and our lives deserve opulence and joy and abundance. We deserve to be free and happy and whole and full of life.

It’s time that we begin moving towards uncharted love.

My deepest sympathies to our past selves.

What are you finally ready to lay down? 🔥

Some women resist letting go because they’ve lived in survival mode for so long that it has become familiar. They’ve learned to carry the pain, the unhealed womb, the abuse, the neglect, the disappointment. Woman who have become so accustomed to the weight that releasing it can feel more frightening than holding on.

Even when it hurts, we cling to what we know.

So we witness it. We approach it gently. We call it by name.

And then we say, thank you.

Thank you because the hurt stretched her.
Thank you because it led her to seek healing.
Thank you because it brought her here.

Some stories have been woven so deeply into the fabric of their lives and into the lives of their mothers and grandmothers, that it takes time, patience, and immense courage to witness them, name them, and lovingly place them into the fire to be transformed and transmute into something new.

The waves of healing throughout our time together were undeniable. But healing doesn’t end when the pages burn. The fire is not the finish line, it is an invitation to continue laying it down every time the weight becomes too heavy to carry.

There is beauty in the ashes.
There is freedom in surrender.
There is new life waiting on the other side of release.

THIS SUNDAY we’ll be discussing live how these two energy centers communicate, what to look out for and what to actively heal so they can be in alignment.

What the heart is feeling, the womb is revealing. 🌹

Stress and or overwhelm doesn’t just live in the mind, it settles in the body. It can manifest as delayed or irregular me**es, a cold womb, or other physical symptoms rooted in the womb space. The body keeps score. It remembers. It holds, stores, and protects the emotions we don’t always have the language or space to release.

As a womb practitioner, part of my work is to listen beyond words, to feel what’s present beneath the surface. With consent, I hold space while working with these energy centers, assisting trapped energy to move so it no longer stays pent up in the heart or the womb. This is where womb–heart coherence comes in, a concept spoken of in somatic and energetic healing. It’s the synergy between these centers, the alignment that allows them to dance together in rhythm rather than opposition.

Sometimes the work looks like focused breath. Sometimes guided meditation. Sometimes stillness. This is also where instinctive tools come forward, where spirit leads and both taught and intuitive wisdom takes the reins. Before every session, I pray. I sit in silence. And without fail, the tools that are needed are revealed before the client even arrives.
It’s magically wild, honestly. I often feel the energy before I meet someone, before they walk through the door. The body speaks long before the mouth does.
