What a meaningful evening at Fashion for Compassion 2026 at Granite Links!

Welch Senior Living was proud to support this special event benefiting Maria Droste Counseling Services and their mission to expand access to compassionate, accessible mental health care throughout our communities.

The evening was made even more meaningful as Richard Welch, former President of Welch Senior Living, was recognized for his longtime involvement and service on the organization’s Board of Directors. Richard’s dedication to compassionate leadership continues to reflect the values that have guided Welch Senior Living for more than 75 years.

Welch Senior Living was proud to recently support the Alzheimer's Family Support Center’s "Dave Birtwell Walk for Alzheimer’s" at Scusset Beach State Reservation in Sandwich, Massachusetts.

This meaningful event brought together caregivers, families, professionals, and community members in support of individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other Dementias. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such an important cause and to help raise awareness, education, and support for those navigating the dementia journey.

Thank you to the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center for the incredible work you do throughout our region. Until there's a cure, there's community. 💜

Earlier this week, Welch Senior Living Executive Vice President Paul Casale Jr. attended the 2026 South Shore Development Summit hosted by the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.

As a local organization with more than 75 years of history on the South Shore, we understand the importance of thoughtful growth, strong communities, and long-term planning. Housing, aging services, development, and community infrastructure are all deeply connected, and conversations like these help shape the future of our region.

We’re proud to continue being part of the discussion and to bring the perspective of a longstanding local senior living provider that has grown alongside the communities we have served now for generations.

Recently, our Associates from across the South Shore and beyond came together for Welch Senior Living’s annual Associate Recognition Dinner and Awards Celebration, an evening dedicated to honoring the people who make our communities so special.

Held at Leo's Restaurant and Events in the Town of Braintree, this year’s celebration recognized Associates reaching years of service milestones in five-year increments.

For more than 75 years, Welch Senior Living has grown alongside the communities we serve, and what has always set us apart is our people. The dedication, compassion, and commitment of our Associates continue to shape the warm, caring communities our residents proudly call home.

From years of service milestones and award recognitions to red carpet moments, photo booth fun, and time spent celebrating together, it was a memorable evening filled with appreciation, laughter, and plenty of well-deserved recognition.

A great start to the day for Welch Senior Living and Allerton House Weymouth! We enjoyed spending the morning alongside fellow business leaders and community partners, reconnecting with familiar faces and hearing from Mayor Michael Molisse about updates and initiatives impacting Weymouth.
