The afternoon was filled with fabulous company, lots of laughter, and an absolutely delectable array of croissant sandwiches 🥐 along with sweet treats 🍰🍓 that everyone enjoyed!

It was such a beautiful time celebrating the incredible mothers and mother figures in our community. 💐✨ Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special! 💕

We were off to the races today as our community celebrated the Kentucky Derby in style! 🌹🐎

Our residents got creative by designing and decorating their own one-of-a-kind fascinators, and the results were absolutely fabulous! From colorful feathers to sparkling accents, everyone brought their own unique flair to Derby Day fashion. 👒✨

After showing off our beautiful creations in a festive parade, we celebrated together with plenty of smiles, laughter, and Derby spirit all around. What a fun and memorable day with our amazing residents! ❤️

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the families who supported today’s memory care courtyard beautification project through the donation of your time, help, supplies and encouragement. Because of you, the day was an incredible success! 🌿🌸

We would also like to recognize and thank the AL and IL residents who came out to lend a hand and show their support. It was truly wonderful to see residents, families, and friends come together to share such a meaningful and enjoyable day as a community. 💙

And of course, a special thank you to our kitchen team for keeping everyone fueled with delicious pizza and refreshing Dreamsicles! 🍕🍦

On May Day, our residents spent a lovely afternoon outdoors repotting and planting a variety of plants and flowers. 🌼🌿

With sunshine, fresh air, and plenty of teamwork, everyone enjoyed planting, tending flowers, and helping bring even more beauty to our community. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season and spend time together enjoying nature and each other’s company. 🌸💚

What a fun-filled day at our community! 🌴🚗🎤

Some of our residents enjoyed a relaxing scenic drive along River Road, taking in the beautiful views and stopping for delicious smoothies along the way. Meanwhile, back at the community, the music was playing and the microphones were on as our karaoke with Marsha superstars took center stage! 🎶✨

Last week, we said goodbye and wished the very best to the nursing students from Eastern Florida State College who completed their clinical rotations here at Alura Senior Living. ✨🇫🇷 Our residents truly shined in the spotlight during our Paris-themed photo shoot! 📸✨
From stylish poses to bright smiles, everyone brought their own flair and elegance to the day—just like a stroll through Paris! 💃🗼 It was wonderful to see so much confidence, laughter, and personality captured in each photo.
The day also included Parisian themed foods (croissants and jam, champagne, macaroons and flower crafting with Beckie!).
Moments like these remind us how special our community is and how much joy comes from simply having fun together ❤️

Last week was full of fun, laughter, and great energy here in our community! 🌼💃📸

Our residents stayed busy with beautiful flower arranging, showing off their creativity and eye for color 🌷🌻, followed by some lively courtyard dancing where the music had everyone smiling and moving 🎶💃. We also captured some wonderful moments during our photo sessions 📸 and added a little friendly competition with bean bag Twister—which brought plenty of laughs and surprises! 😂🎯

What makes it even more special is seeing participation continue to grow with each activity. More residents are joining in, connecting, and making the most of every moment—and that’s what it’s all about! ❤️

Last week, we had the distinct honor of hosting a beautiful presentation by Ballet Espirit. A heartfelt thank you to their talented performers for bringing Swan Lake to our community—our residents were truly enthralled by the performance. It was an unforgettable experience filled with grace, artistry, and joy. It was a packed house and the residents truly loved every moment of their performance. 🩰✨
