One of my favorite things to add on in a service or do as a stand alone service is TMD relief

People ask me all the time what it is.. or when I mention I go inside your mouth, the feedback is crazy!

I’ve been suffering with lymphatic blockages personally for a while now, and having type 1 diabetes makes this problem almost scary…
However! What would be even scarier to me is NOT knowing how to manage it.
Pills, Diet, Exercise are all great but you have to manually move your lymph when it’s blocked…. So the technique it this video and so many more I’ve learned from taking classes and getting treatments done and doing and FEELING it myself has left me with some amazing techniques.
