Hurt So Good Massage Genuine gimmick-free specialized therapeutic and/or athletic massage treatment for lasting results. I'm located conveniently in Rockledge, FL.

I'm a licensed massage therapist since 2009, specializing in many therapeutic, corrective and athletic techniques with the goal of being able to provide each body whatever it may need to help heal or improve its current state. Why "Hurt So Good"? Because this will not be your stereotypical "fluff and buff" massage but one to truly improve your health for the long term and not just for a few hours.

Long stemming issues and injuries often need to be approached with enough attention, sometimes aggressively, to retrain the tissues to behave as they are intended and not in a state of tension, hypersensitivity, and/or pain. Just as in exercise, one cannot realistically expect to make legitimate improvements without some adjustment pain, but it is always performed within your tolerance and feedback during the process is required. The better we communicate, the better your results. Oh, and often times your clothing may remain during most sessions unless its otherwise deemed necessary for that session. This is one of the benefits to utilizing many techniques. Not only will I treat you but I will make suggestions on how to better care for yourself without needing to solely rely on the treatment from another. After all, that is the true goal of improving your health, to better care for yourself.

The Melbourne location did not work out in spite of my efforts, and it seems like divinity wanted me back in Rockledge. Now I'm inside Serenity Springs Massage that's next to Freedom Guns and across Rockledge High School.

Sciatica: all it means is pressure on the sciatic nerve that causes any number of symptoms of the affected lower back, hip and/or leg area ranging from numbing, tingling, odd aches, dull or reduced sensation, and even impeded function like weakness and drop-foot (foot dragging). None of this has to be anyone's regular annoyance.

I've treated Sciatica's many variations for since 2009 with great results, finding that muscle tension is the culprit the vast majority of the time even in the presense disc herniations or bulges which are often caused or exacerbated by similar muscle tension. The proper use of effective stretching and manual care can at the very least help reduce the symptoms and make it very manageable but most often eliminate the issue.

The key is identifying then treat the specific source and location of the impingement, not the symptom area, and using the best regimen of techniques for your specific circumstances. I use a vast number of methods and can also teach you the effective self-care for it along with identifying what regular behaviors may be contributing to the problem.
