I'm excited to get started with the Summer Outdoor Strength Series starting this Thursday. June 11th, 2026 !
A few people noticed the dates aren't the usual Tuesday/Thursday pattern. That's intentional.
However,

What We'll Be Doing
• Walking
• Hills
• Strength Training
• Stretching

This is an all-levels outdoor workout designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence throughout the summer.
What to Bring
✔ Water
✔ Yoga mat or towel
✔ Hand weights ( 3, 5, 8 or 10lbs depending on your level)
✔ Comfortable workout clothes
✔ Athletic shoes
No need to be in shape before you come. That's what we're here for. 😊
