Delicious food, a local celebrity judge, and a stellar emcee made our cook-off one for the history books! Our Chef Showdown Social Series event was a tasty one as taco recipes from Chef Tyler and Alan Wing, a volunteer for the Rocklin Police Department (and our former bus driver!) went head-to-head. Chef Tyler's special was a shredded beef taco with cotija cheese, and Alan's special was a beef taco bite with pineapple salsa.

And the winner is?

🏆 Chef Tyler with his shredded beef taco recipe!
