We've all seen that scene a hundred times, and almost none of it is accurate. One of our staff members breaks down the most common birth myths, including why those beautiful, calm looking birth videos you see online tell you absolutely nothing about what that woman was actually feeling on the inside. Think about it from the baby's perspective...

They just spent their entire existence wrapped snugly in a belly, and suddenly there is gravity, open space, arms and legs going everywhere. No wonder a tight swaddle feels like coming home!

One of our staff members explains why the snugness is the whole point and why a loose swaddle misses the mark entirely. 🌿

One of our staff members shares her current obsession: stacked water. Beet powder, collagen, creatine, vitamin C, electrolytes, all in one 40oz container. It sounds like a lot but honestly it makes total sense. 🌿
