We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Optometric Technician and Front Desk Team Member to support patient care, front-office flow, and a welcoming experience to cross cover at our Rockport and Damariscotta locations.

👩‍⚕️What You’ll Do:👩‍⚕️
• Welcome patients, answer phones, schedule visits, and manage referrals.
• Perform preliminary testing, patient histories, visual acuity, tonometry, and visual field testing.
• Assist the optometrist with patient care and in-office procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients on eye care basics and contact lens use.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous optometric technician or related medical experience preferred.
• Medical office, front desk, billing, coding, sales, pediatrics, or patient care experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Caring, team-focused attitude and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
