Lisa’s favorite aesthetic season is almost here. 🍂

Less sun exposure means more options for treating the pigmentation, texture, redness and collagen changes that may have become a little more noticeable after summer.

But “laser season” isn’t about choosing a laser it’s about building a plan for your skin that will take you through the end of the year and have you glowing in 2027!

Fall, we’re ready for you. 🤍

These are the questions women ask us every day and they’re exactly the conversations we want you to have.

From “Am I in perimenopause?” and “When should I consider HRT?” to “What should I be doing now to stay healthy as I age?”—women’s health is about so much more than an annual exam.

The goal isn’t just treating symptoms. It’s understanding what is changing, what your options are, and how we can protect your health for the decades ahead.

What if your GYN care wasn’t just about one visit a year?

At our core, we are a women’s health practice. Gynecology is our foundation but women’s health reaches far beyond an annual exam.

Our concierge model is about investing in a relationship of care: knowing you, understanding what’s changing, looking at the whole picture, and going deeper into the things that affect your health now and for the years ahead.

Because there’s a difference between a practice that sees women and one that is built around women. Great GYN care is the best kind of primary care.

Growing new hair and holding onto the hair you already have…that’s the goal. 🙌

This patient combined Alma TED + minoxidil, and with time and consistency, we’re seeing beautiful progress. Hair restoration is rarely about one magic treatment—combining therapies that support growth from different angles can be a powerful approach.

So happy for this patient and excited to see where we go from here. 🤍

Summer is tough on your skin—but your routine doesn’t have to be.

The biggest mistakes I see? Too much exfoliation, not enough protection, and forgetting that healthy skin starts with a strong skin barrier.

My go-to summer routine is simple:
✨ A gentle cleanser (I love the Senté Gentle Cleanser)
✨ A lightweight moisturizer like Senté Dermal Repair Cream to calm inflammation and support the skin barrier
✨ A tinted mineral sunscreen from Senté to protect your skin while giving you a healthy, even glow

Sometimes, less really is more. Consistency beats complicated every time.

The end of summer has a way of showing up on our skin. ☀️

If your complexion is feeling a little dull, dehydrated, or like it’s lost its glow, one of my favorite treatments is Skinvive—an injectable hyaluronic acid designed to improve skin hydration and smoothness from within.

Unlike filler, Skinvive isn’t meant to add volume. Instead, it helps the skin retain moisture, giving it that healthy, refreshed glow over the weeks following treatment.

The final image shows one patient’s results. While every patient responds differently and multiple treatment modalities were used, it gives you a sense of how hydrated, luminous skin can look when it’s functioning at its best.

A good injectors job isn’t to erase your expression it’s to assess what makes you you and help you look like the most rested balanced version of yourself. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to with every Botox filler or softwave treatment. Refreshed, not “done.” Curious what that looks like for you? A consult is the best place to start

We built a concierge practice because women deserve time. They need time to ask questions, time to actually be heard, time to build real life plans for your hormones, your health and yes, your skin and appearance too. This is what healthcare should feel like… not rushed, not routine, no box checking … just real relationships and a plan built around YOU. From your annual exam to your hormones to your physical appearance and skin care… that’s the whole idea behind Beckerman Womens Health

5 Perimenopause Myths, Busted 👇

Myth: You’ll know it’s perimenopause because your period stops.
Truth: Perimenopause can start years before your cycle changes at all.

Myth: You have to be in your late 40s or 50s for it to be perimenopause.
Truth: For some women it starts in their mid-to-late 30s, especially with a family history of earlier menopause. 51 is an average meaning half of women go through it earlier.

Myth: You have to wait for your period to stop to start treating perimenopause.
Truth: You don’t — > symptoms can be managed during perimenopause itself.

Myth: If your bloodwork is normal, you’re not in perimenopause.
Truth: Hormone levels fluctuate day to day, so one normal lab doesn’t tell the whole story.

Myth: Weight gain in perimenopause just means you need to eat less and move more.
Truth: Hormonal shifts change how your body stores fat, so the habits that worked in your 30s may not work the same way now.

If any of this sounds like you, let’s actually talk about it. Comment or DM us your questions.
