He graduated from Rutgers University in 1978 with honors with a degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. He is a 1981 graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he was awarded a certificate of merit. He is licensed in Maryland with both chiropractic and physical therapy privileges. He is also licensed in Virginia, New York and New Jersey. Dr. Ozello has authored numerous papers on patient

conditions and published their results. He works with professional athletes and dancers and has been the lead chiropractor for the national aerobics championships. He has taught many advanced chiropractic workshops and specializes in treating difficult chronic cases. Dr. Ozello is a board certified diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology. He is also a certified teacher of Applied Kinesiology with the Applied Kinesiology Board of Certified Teachers. Through the use of Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) Dr. Ozello is able to provide comprehensive holistic health care for your entire family. Treatment is customized to each unique individual patient through state of the art adjusting techniques, muscle balancing techniques, nutritional counseling, soft tissue techniques, meridian therapy, diet and exercise. Dr. Ozello uses functional medicine in his practice.

0. Be in your bed for 8 hours
1. Same bedtime every night, any time before midnight
2. Don’t eat right before bed
3. Calm foods for dinner
4. Sleep is the world’s most powerful drug.
No screens 1 hour before bed
5. Avoid added sugar (be aware it’s in everything)
6. Avoid all things in an American convenience store
7. Avoid fried foods
8. Shoes off at the door
9. Eat whole foods, particularly veggies fruits nuts legumes berries
10. Walk a little after meals or air squats
11. Get your heart rate high routinely
12. Lift heavy things
13. Stretch daily
14. Water p*k, floss, brush, tongue scrape, morning and night
15. Make an effort to drink water
16. Get sunlight when you wake up (UV is low)
17. Protect skin in midday sun
18. Stand up straight
19. See at least one friend once a week
20. Avoid plastic where you can (in all things)
21. Circulate air in rooms
22. When stressed, breathe, learn to calm your body
23. Go to the dentist
24. Avoid sitting for long times
25. Protect your hearing, the world is too loud
26. Alcohol is bad for you
27. Finish coffee before noon
28. Avoid bright lights after sunset
29. If obese, look into fat loss.
30. Sleep in a cold room
31. Texting while driving is dangerous
32. Turn off all notifications
33. Limit social media use
34. Don’t smoke anything
35. If you struggle to sleep, read a physical book before bed
36. 1 hour before bed have a calm wind down routine: bath, read, light walk, listen to music
37. The body is a clock and loves routine. Have a daily morning and evening schedule.
38. Avoid long distance travel where you can
39. Baby steps first: incorporate new things slowly
40. Do less… most things don’t work
