For 37 college students, this summer was an opportunity to take a closer look at what a future in healthcare could look like. 🩺

Through Adventist HealthCare’s 2026 Stepping Stones program, students spent six to eight weeks shadowing physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals across our system. They explored different areas of care, asked questions and gained valuable insight into the day-to-day experiences of healthcare professionals.

Congratulations to this year’s Stepping Stones students, and thank you to the Adventist HealthCare team members who helped guide and encourage them along the way.
