🌱 SEED Classes: Nurturing Social-Emotional Growth Through Play! 🌱

Led by passionate early childhood specialists, SEED Classes create a warm and engaging space for young learners to thrive. Guided by Rachel Siegel, M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, each session blends feelings check-ins 🧡, hands-on social-emotional activities 💡, and playful learning 🎨 through movement, art, and facilitated play.

Children build confidence and connection in a supportive environment designed to foster friendships 🤝, emotional awareness 😊, and joyful interactions. Plus, our weekly newsletters keep you in the loop with insights into your child's growth, along with practical tips and fun activities to try at home!

📚 Why It Matters: Research shows that early social-emotional development is a key predictor of lifelong success 🌟. Children who participate in structured social-emotional learning (SEL) programs show stronger self-regulation 🧘, improved social skills 🗣️, and reduced anxiety and behavioral challenges 🚀. Play-based learning helps strengthen neural connections 🧠, supporting emotional processing, empathy, and resilience. By nurturing these essential skills early on, we’re helping children blossom into their fullest potential! 🌸✨

🧑‍🍳Cooking Up Kindness
This is opportunity for young children to explore and express their emotions in a hands-on, creative way through cooking! Children will work together to prepare simple, recipes while learning important social-emotional skills like teamwork, communication, patience, and self-regulation. Each cooking session encourages children to talk about their feelings, practice turn-taking, frustration tolerance, resilience in mistake-making, and engage in positive interactions with peers in a relaxed, supportive setting. Is your child a "picky" eater? This is also an opportunity to be part of the creation process and maybe even try new foods!
