•Announcement from Dr. Sadler•

I am excited to inform you about a change in my practice which will take place October 1, 2018. At that time I will transition to a new practice site, Baylor Scott & White Signature Medicine – North Garland, a different care model that will focus on increased personalized service for my patients. My new office will be located on the 2nd floor of the new North Garland medical office building. My new practice will have considerably fewer patients and will allow me to focus on providing more personalized, accessible care to those I serve. In my new practice model I will see only a limited number of patients who agree to pay a yearly membership fee.

Baylor Scott & White Family Medical Center - North Garland has recruited a new physician to help continue care for my patients deciding not to transition to the new practice, Dr. Lathmany Dorfman, who joined the practice in July. In addition, Dr. Christina Vera will join Murphy and Dr. Alexandra Elko will join North Garland this fall to further expand primary care options.

I have considered it a great honor and a great responsibility to care for those who have entrusted their health to me over the years. It is only with a great deal of reflection and effort that I have come to this decision.
