In an industry that handcuffs patients with high deductibles and copays Dr. Turner wants to appropriately, yet efficiently, render the necessary care to quickly progress his patients from passive/active care into maintenance/preventative care. Much like a dentist wants to see you every 6 months to prevent cavities and tooth decay, Dr. Turner wants to eliminate your complaints and prevent future flare ups.
