Highland Meadows Health & Rehab Skilled Nursing & Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services. Privately owned & operated. We consider our patients to be part of our family.

At Highland Meadows, we are committed to providing exemplary healthcare by tending to the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of the people we serve. We provide a comprehensive program including physical, occupational and speech therapies. We offer a spacious gym with specialized equipment. Rehab programs are customized to meet the specific needs of each patient. Highland Meadows is locally owned and operated, not part of a large chain of facilities. The emphasis of our facility is to provide Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services in a well designed and state of the art facility. Our goal is to provide a happier, healthier, longer life, for people in need of our services, and in doing so, bring glory to GOD. Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, IV Therapy, and a myriad of other services are provided as needed.

Leg strength can be improved in many different ways, and movement looks different for everyone. 💪

From seated exercises and resistance training to practicing transfers, standing with support and other guided movements, physical therapy can help strengthen the muscles used in everyday life.

At Highland Meadows, our physical therapy team works with each resident at their individual ability level to help improve strength, stability and mobility, supporting greater confidence and independence. 💚

It doesn’t take much to have a great time! 🎈😊 A few balloons, badminton rackets, root b**r floats and some wonderful volunteers made for an afternoon full of fun, laughter and movement.
