There’s a reason fall tends to be a popular time to schedule plastic surgery.
Cooler weather can make certain aspects of recovery a little more comfortable, calendars may become more predictable after summer travel, and scheduling now can allow plenty of healing time before spring and summer activities return.
It can also be a good time to start thinking ahead rather than trying to squeeze a procedure in right before an important event or vacation.
Of course, the “best” time for surgery is ultimately the time that works with your health, schedule, support system, and recovery needs.
Considering a procedure before the end of the year or early next year? October is a great time to start the conversation.
