If your athlete is limping, favoring a side, or quietly sitting out drills, get it looked at early. That's usually the difference between missing a week and missing the season.

Fall sports season is almost here, and so is the "it only hurts a little" phase. Every year we see the same thing. A kid tweaks something in week one, plays through it, and by October it's a real injury instead of a small one.

If your athlete is limping, favoring a side, or telling you it only hurts sometimes, get it looked at. Early is almost always the cheaper, shorter fix.
