Eventhough I had a lot of hospital cafeteria food since October, I have moved a lot more, (walking and wbv),and when at home I had more nutrient dense food choices.
Here are my results since October 5, 2025.
Inch loss everywhere and my fitness index is improving. -16.6” released.
