At Pioneer Healthcare Center, we believe that giving back is for everyone & our residents were excited to be part of something special!
Our amazing residents teamed up with our Social Services Department to help fill backpacks with school supplies for the Colorado Kingz Barbershop Annual Back 2 School Bash! It was a wonderful opportunity for them to give back to local children in our community!
Seeing our residents take pride in helping others reminds us that kindness has no age limit and that everyone has something meaningful to contribute!
A HUGE thank you to our Social Services team for organizing this opportunity and to Colorado Kingz Barbershop for hosting such an incredible event for local families! We are honored to play a small part in helping students start the school year off with well-deserved confidence!

We're excited to introduce something special for our residents, a Resident Clothing Closet where they can enjoy the experience of shopping for clothing at NO COST!!
Thanks to generous donations from our community, our residents are able to browse and choose items they love while enjoying the independence and joy that comes from picking out something for themselves!
Together, we are helping our residents look good, feel good & enjoy the simple pleasures of shopping!

Happy Fourth of July from Pioneer Health Care Center!!🇺🇸
This weekend was filled with laughter, sunshine, good food & unforgettable memories as we celebrated Independence Day with our amazing residents! Starting with a delicious BBQ, to cooling off during Water Day & showing off our patriotic spirit with the Fourth of July Wet and Dry Parade, it was a wonderful couple of days full of smiles & celebration!
Seeing our residents laughing and enjoying time with one another is exactly what today was all about!
A very special thank you to all of our incredible team, staff, volunteers & everyone who helped make this celebration possible. Your kindness, hard work, & dedication created two days our residents will for remember for a long time. We couldn't have done it without you!
To our residents & their families, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives & your holiday traditions. It is truly an honor to celebrate these special moments together!
