We are seeking candidates who are driven to make a difference in healthcare in our Patient Service Associate role. This role registers patients in our fast-paced urgent care locations, verifies insurance information, answers phones and conducts follow up calls, and works to ensure all of our patients have an exceptional experience.
✅Medical office experience is required with strong technology skills.
✅Candidates with an active Medical Assistant (CMA) certification are preferred!
✅Full-time and Part-time positions are available. 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling.
✅Ideal candidates exhibit flexibility to work in either Rocky Mount or Salem locations based on scheduling needs.

Three years ago, Agenacare Urgent Care began with a simple dream—to provide compassionate, high-quality care close to home.

Today, we’re celebrating three incredible years, and it’s all because of the trust and support of this amazing community.
