Franklin's Tacky Tourist Adventures Day.
Residents and staff all went on an Adventure to Greece, Paris, London, Brazil, and Chicago.
We had food that represented the Countries we visited, also were able to get souvenirs from there.
They enjoyed every minute of the tour they went on.

Teresa has been a dedicated member of our team since 2023. She began her career with us as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later transitioned into the role of Activities Assistant, where she continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Teresa is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed. Whether she’s creating memorable activities for our residents or assisting the CNAs on the floor, she consistently goes above and beyond with compassion, kindness, and a positive attitude.

What an amazing day! ❤️🎡
A huge thank you to our incredible staff for showing up and showing out for our Summer Carnival! Your hard work, teamwork, and dedication made today one to remember.
We had games, popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, nachos with cheese, and to top it all off, our DON and Staffing Coordinator made the most delicious funnel cakes! 🍿🌭🍧🎠
The highlight of the day was our petting zoo. Seeing the joy and excitement on our residents’ faces made every moment worthwhile. Their smiles were truly the greatest prize of all. 🐐🐰❤️
Today was a reminder of what an amazing team we have. Everyone came together to make sure our residents had the best day possible, and that’s what it’s all about. We couldn’t be prouder of this team.
Our team rocks! Thank you all for making today so special! 💙

Our July Employee of the Month!

Juana Rojas is a dedicated CNA who has been with us since 2021 and continues to be a strong, reliable presence on the team. She is a valuable asset to our facility and consistently demonstrates a high level of compassion, professionalism, and commitment to resident care. Juana is always willing to step in wherever needed, whether that means switching assignments, floating to different units, or assisting coworkers during busy or short-staffed shifts without hesitation.

She builds positive relationships with residents and is known for treating them with patience, dignity, and respect in every interaction. Her dependability makes her someone leadership and coworkers can confidently rely on, especially in fast-paced or challenging situations. She not only completes her responsibilities thoroughly but often goes beyond what is required to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for.

In addition to her work performance, Juana shows strong dedication to personal growth by maintaining a full-time job while continuing her education. This balance highlights her discipline, work ethic, and long-term commitment to advancing in her career while still giving her best to the residents and team each day.
