Juana Rojas is a dedicated CNA who has been with us since 2021 and continues to be a strong, reliable presence on the team. She is a valuable asset to our facility and consistently demonstrates a high level of compassion, professionalism, and commitment to resident care. Juana is always willing to step in wherever needed, whether that means switching assignments, floating to different units, or assisting coworkers during busy or short-staffed shifts without hesitation.
She builds positive relationships with residents and is known for treating them with patience, dignity, and respect in every interaction. Her dependability makes her someone leadership and coworkers can confidently rely on, especially in fast-paced or challenging situations. She not only completes her responsibilities thoroughly but often goes beyond what is required to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for.
In addition to her work performance, Juana shows strong dedication to personal growth by maintaining a full-time job while continuing her education.
