The Oaks Rehabilitation & Relaxation Massage Clinic is looking for a reliable, experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our small business.

We’re looking for someone to help with:

- QuickBooks bookkeeping
- Square sales & payment reconciliation
- Payroll
- Bank & credit card reconciliation
- Business expenses and financial records
- Year-end bookkeeping and tax preparation
- Business tax filing or coordination with a qualified tax professional

Position Details

📍 Rocky River, Ohio

⏰ Approximately 4–6 hours per week, typically 2 days per week

🏢 Regular in-person work is required — you'll need to come into the office to collect and enter our physical sales slips and keep our records up to date.

💻 Some additional bookkeeping/tax-related work may be completed remotely as needed.

💰 Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced with QuickBooks, Square, small-business bookkeeping, and payroll.

Experience preparing small-business tax returns is strongly preferred. CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials are a plus.
