Some people don't deserve to be in anything called friendship.
If you don't know what and how to act in friendship, just live alone and stop coming into people's lives to hurt, betray them at the end.

I hope people learn to not open their hearts to everyone that shows up with a little smile, kindness. Just hello, hi them from afar.

Happy Valentine's day Fam.

Stop assuming or projecting problems on people.
Even if you imagine that they could be going through such, so far they haven't shared it with you, just keep your imaginations to yourself please 🥺.

I nearly bite my tongue 😛 for this video 🤣 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😆 😆 😆.

I hope we learn how to let people be, respect boundaries and know when to stop with the projections.

Happy weekend Fam ❣️😍❤️.

It was very windy outside, but I still got my 10052 steps done ✅ via running 🏃🏾‍♀️ and walking 🚶‍♀️. The wind was blowing so hard that my fingers were freezing 🥶, but I still pushed. I started a little late , but we still managed to get through.

How did your valentine go Fam?
Did you move your body today?
Hope you didn’t sin against God this valentine, because e go choke you for throat 😂😂😂😂.

Congratulations to my beautiful sister Amara Ugwudike Basil-Uka . The Lord did this for us all.

Five years of waiting, trusting God and He came through for us.

Amara, you know I’m genuinely happy for you and sincerely pray that you continue to experience more of this blessing from God.

When God steps in, All everything else bows. You are one of my prayer points that God answered and I’m super thankful.

We shut down Illinois soon by the grace of God.💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💃🏻🥰🥰💃🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻🥰🥰🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 .

You taught your daughter how to wash their bathroom and now she has taken over. You only have to deal with other chores, while she handles this one. ☝️
God is so good 😊.

Happy weekend Fam.

We taught Sharon how to wash their bathroom last year and told her she would start when she clocks 10. This is her third time washing it and she’s been great 👍 at it.
She washed the inner part and tub, Gracey washed and rinsed the sinks on the outer part. Sharon cleaned the other parts and mopped off the floor.

We’re Nigerians and we use sponge, brush to wash our restrooms. We don’t wipe like they do here biko. If there are any new methods, aside wiping you can share with me.

Grateful to God for the girls and how fast they learn. These are age appropriate chores and we keep taking it one day at a time.

Had a very busy day, three out of my schedule were successful, the last one wasn’t, but I’m still grateful to God.

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day Fam.

It rained today and I waited after the downpour to complete my steps from running 🏃🏾‍♀️ and walking 🚶‍♀️. I did 10,050 steps outside. It was so cold 🥶, but I got it done ✅.

There is this grandma I usually meet everytime I go out to run. She’s very consistent and you would always see the passion she puts walking. She walks round our estate multiple times, like she no dey tire. So when I see her like this, I just ginger myself again 😂😂😩😩😩😀😀😀.

Did you move your body today?

Achieved these steps in 2 hours of running 🏃‍♂️ and walking. Very boring 🥱, but worth everything and effort.
This is aside moving around, doing 100 squats, chores etc.

Grateful for this motivation, strength and endurance.

9466 steps done ✅ from running 🏃‍♂️, walking in 2 hours. Glad I was able to complete this today. Weather was fair enough. Lots of calories burnt, my heart was put to race , thighs, feets, legs, strength and endurance and whole body on the move.👌👌👌🤭🤭🤭😩😩. This is boring 🥱, but the motivation and results just keeps me on track .🤗🤗🤗🤗.

This is valentine weekend. If you don’t have a man or woman, just speak in tongues, study your mind, do praise and worship and drink water and sleep.😂😂😂😂😂😂.
