Today’s herbal theme—cyst expression.

2 patients came in wanting assistance expressing chronic sebaceous cysts. Each of them received a custom topical formula to use as a warm compress, 2-3 times a day.

Here is one of them:

jie geng, bai zhu - acrid to dispel pus
dang gui, xuan shen- target the blood to invigorate and promote circulation
zhe bei mu - transform phlegm
mu li - salty to soften hardness

We complemented it with a custom internal formula to help balance their constitution.
