We started our morning with peaceful meditation and gentle chair stretches! Taking time to breathe, relax, and move our bodies is a wonderful way to begin the day with a positive mindset. Meditation can encourage relaxation and focus, while chair stretches help promote flexibility, circulation, and comfortable movement. Most importantly, it gave us a chance to slow down, connect, and start our day feeling refreshed, calm, and ready for whatever comes our way! ✨
