This is a 4225 Hz tuning fork, often used in energy work to clear the auric field, shift heavy or stagnant energy, and cleanse crystals.

I use tuning forks like this in my energy work during both in-person AND distance sessions. Energy doesn’t require you to be lying on my treatment table to work with it.

Did I talk to fairies in the yard as a kid? Yes.

Did I backpack through Europe alone a week after 9/11? Yep.

Did I once drive from Seattle to Chicago in the middle of winter to start a new life because I knew I would eventually find my husband there?

Also yes. 😂

I have a long and storied history of being beneficially delusional.

But there’s a difference between fantasy and staying deeply loyal to something you want before you have proof that it’s going to happen.

Okay, body experiment. 🔊

Before I tell you what this frequency is associated with, listen to the tuning fork and notice:

Where do you feel it?

Chest? Belly? Pelvis? Throat? Head? Somewhere completely different?

417 Hz is one of the Solfeggio frequencies and, in sound-healing traditions, is associated with release, clearing stagnant energy, breaking old patterns, and creating space for change.

It connects with the sacral Chakra... the energetic center associated with emotion, creativity, pleasure, and flow.

But I’m less interested in telling you what you’re supposed to experience.

I want to know what your body actually does.
