I am offering donation-based Craniosacral Therapy sessions at my office in Fayetteville starting August 1 as I continue to practice and hone my listening/treatment skills. These sessions are open to the public.
Each session will follow John Upledger’s 10 step protocol for evaluating and treating the body— the craniosacral system, nervous system, muscles, bones, fascia, spine, and more.
Sessions involve very light touch/holds (no massage), without reiki or sound healing.
And starting in September my sessions will also have a biodynamic approach (Biodynamic training starts Sept 4).
Suggested donation for a 60-75 min session is $40-80+, with some free sessions available on an as-needed basis (we will discuss before booking the free sessions).
