My consultations can be done virtually or in person, depending on what works best for you.

We’ll talk through your goals, budget, medical and aesthetic history, assess your features, and create a treatment plan that makes sense for your face and your long-term goals, not just one appointment.

You don’t have to walk in knowing exactly what you need. I’ll give you real direction based on your face, your goals, and my artistry. I’m also not afraid to say no when something isn’t right for you or to refer to out for surgical interventions, etc! I am honest and build a lot of trust with my clients in the consultation🩷

Yep… this is my real, unfiltered glow-up. 13 years in the making. 🤯🙏
(Thank GODDDD for aesthetic medicine, praise be!!!!!!! 🤣)

This clearly wasn’t one treatment. It’s been 13 years of consistency and using multiple modalities intentionally.

How I’m aging in reverse: 🔄
I stopped baking myself in the sun, started wearing SPF + hats every day, and got serious about medical-grade skincare.

I started neurotoxins at 26 and have stayed consistent every 3–4 months. I’ve used filler strategically for facial balancing and do regenerative under-eye treatments about every 6 months. I’ve also had a small skin-pinch procedure with a facial plastic surgeon.

For skin quality + collagen, I rotate treatments:
✨ SkinPen microneedling to face, neck + chest every 3–4 months + VAMP
✨ IPL annually for pigment/sun damage
✨ Sylfirm X yearly for tightening + collagen support with exosomes
✨ Clear + Brilliant twice a year for texture + tone
✨ Hyperdilute Radiesse in my submental area for collagen stimulation
✨ Helix CO2 resurfacing at 36—which gave me some of the best skin of my life

The glow-up hasn’t only been external. I’ve done a lot of gut + health testing, including GI-MAP and genetic testing, and built a supplement regimen tailored specifically to me. It’s honestly been life-changing in both how I feel and how I look.

I also use tirzepatide as part of my overall weight-maintenance routine.

The biggest difference? Consistency & multiple modality treatments. Skin quality, collagen stimulation, prevention, facial balance, internal health + doing the little things over and over instead of chasing one magic treatment.

I’m 37, I’ve never felt more confident, and I genuinely love how I look now more than ever. Aging doesn’t scare me…I’m just going to keep doing it very intentionally. ✨

First stop on my Missouri training tour this week: Horizon Medical Spa and Wellness in Kansas City! 😍

I had the privilege of spending the afternoon training the incredible Horizon Med Spa team on advanced Radiesse techniques and full-face rejuvenation.

We covered hyperdilute Radiesse, deep periosteal placement, the Gold Protocol, and how to approach treatment planning with a full-face perspective to create natural, balanced, and long-lasting results.

Teaching is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I truly believe that sharing knowledge, emphasizing safety, and helping injectors grow their confidence is how we continue to elevate our industry and improve patient outcomes.😍

Another incredible facial balancing transformation! Swipe to see all the angles angle📐

Facial balancing is one of my favorite treatments because strategic changes can completely transform facial harmony, without looking overdone when you go to a provider with an eye for it!💁🏼‍♀️

For this beautiful patient, i focused on adding elongation and projection to her chin to create better balance with her natural features, resulting in a more harmonious profile while still looking completely like herself. I used a combined needle and cannula technique 🙏 I also did some midface support to give her a more youthful appearance and then topped it off with the most perfect lips! I was honored she traveled in to see me to get her first time filler. She is so beautiful and her results are subtle yet powerful.
