There's nothing better than seeing the rewards of hard work! 🥔🌱

Yesterday, our classroom participants harvested the potatoes they planted, celebrating the results of weeks of patience, teamwork, and care. Gardening is about so much more than growing food. It's an opportunity to build skills, confidence, and pride in a job well done.

Meet Jessica! ✨

For the past seven years, Jessica has been a valued member of the Open Avenues family. From mastering new skills on the production floor to teaching herself how to crochet through YouTube videos, Jessica brings creativity, confidence, and a positive attitude to everything she does.

One of her favorite reminders is, "Be yourself. Don't change for anybody." It's a message she lives by every day, and we're proud to celebrate all she has accomplished.
