Big things are happening at Pea Ridge High School! 💙

Through Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), students with disabilities are exploring careers, gaining work experience, and building skills for life after high school.

This year, 8 students are participating! Seniors are continuing their work-based learning, while juniors and sophomores are getting started on their journeys. Along the way, they’re building confidence, practicing self-advocacy, and developing important workplace skills like communication and teamwork.

We’re excited to see these students learn, grow, and discover what’s next! 🌟

We are absolutely overflowing with gratitude for our incredible friends at Sam's Furniture! ❤️🎈

Larra and Joe are pictured accepting a special thank-you award recognizing Sam’s Furniture as the Presenting Sponsor of SOAR NWA!

Their support of SOAR NWA and Open Avenues is truly something special. They believe in what we do, they believe in the people we serve, and they continue to show up for our community in such a BIG way.

We are so incredibly thankful for Larra, Joe, and the entire Sam’s Furniture family. Your generosity, partnership, and heart make a tremendous difference and we are so grateful to have you cheering us on!

Thank you for helping us SOAR, Sam’s Furniture! We appreciate you more than you know! 💙🎈✨

Meet Hanna! 💙

Hanna enjoys labeling Ring Snuggies at Open Avenues and is always happy to pitch in wherever she’s needed. One of her favorite things about working here is the friendships she has made along the way.

Outside of work, Hanna loves reading, shopping at Hot Topic, and collecting mystery boxes. Her favorites include pizza, Star Wars, and anime!

We’re so glad Hanna is part of the Open Avenues team!

New work is underway in our Training Center!

Our participants are working on Posibands connectors for our friends at Positronic. These connectors include tiny needle contacts that are used in all kinds of electrical connections - and our team is helping bring them together, one piece at a time.

We love seeing our participants take on new work, learn new skills, and know that what they’re doing matters. We’re proud of this team and grateful to Positronic for giving our participants another opportunity to do meaningful work! 💙

Some of the best questions we've heard all year came from the students at the University of Arkansas J.B. Hunt Transport Department of Supply Chain!

Thanks for spending the day with us at Kiefer Sage! From tours of our production floor, to visiting our valued partners at Open Avenues to in-depth discussions with our leaders and supply-chain experts, your curiosity made it a great day for everyone.

The future of supply chain is in good hands! Woo pig 🐗

Today we’re celebrating one year of Anthony being part of the Open Avenues team! As an ADL Instructor in our classroom program, Anthony helps participants build important life skills, grow in confidence, and become more independent.

We’re grateful for all he brings to our participants and our team. Here’s to one year, Anthony! 💙

There’s something special about starting the week with sunshine and meaningful work. ☀️

Jacqueline is putting in the work today, carefully packaging and sealing hardware packs and taking pride in a job well done. We love seeing the focus, purpose, and determination she brings to her work each day. 💙

Here’s to a Monday full of purpose, progress, and a reason to smile. 😊
