National Sober Day is a chance to celebrate just how much life can open up in recovery.

There can be new experiences, stronger relationships, clearer moments, unexpected joy, and opportunities that once felt out of reach. Recovery doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes easy, it means getting the chance to experience it fully and continue creating a life you want to be present for.

Today we celebrate every person choosing recovery, one day at a time.

On International Overdose Awareness Day, we honor the lives lost to overdose and the loved ones who continue to feel their absence.

Today is also a reminder of why awareness, compassion, and access to treatment matter. Addiction can affect anyone, and every person deserves the opportunity to find recovery and build a life beyond substance use.

Today, we remember those we’ve lost and hold hope for those still fighting.

There's nothing fun to do in recovery...

We hear that sometimes around the center. A lot less lately though because there is SO much cool stuff in this town to do in a safe, sober setting. Check this out!!!!

Our friends over at Painting With A Twist have started Sober Saturday, an alcohol-free paint night held on the second Saturday of each month! Created to give people a fun, welcoming place to spend a Saturday evening that doesn't revolve around alcohol, the hope is simply to provide another positive, creative, and welcoming option for people looking to build healthy connections and enjoy a fun night out.

Whether someone is in recovery, sober curious, the designated driver, or simply choosing not to drink, everyone is welcome. No painting experience is necessary, and the instructors guide guests step by step through the entire painting! Use code SOBERFUN for $5 off!!!
