(link in bio)ππ¨π½βπ³ Serves 4: π½οΈπ½οΈπ½οΈπ½οΈ Calories & Macros π Per Meal: 504 calories 52g P | 67g C | 4g F Chow Mein Chicken - 800g boneless skinless chicken breast (sliced into thin strips) - 20g soy sauce - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tsp white pepper - 1/2 tsp baking soda (this helps make the chicken juicy and tender!) - Cooking spray Notes βπ½ - Marinate while you make the sauce, or even longer for more flavour! - Cook the chicken in batches in one single layer to get a golden brown sear! Chow Mein Sauce - 30g dark soy sauce - 15g light soy sauce - 15g oyster sauce - 15g rice vinegar - 10g sweetener - 1 tsp cornstarch Other ingredients - 600g straight to wok medium noodles - 200g sliced white cabbage - 150g sliced carrots (julienne style) - Green onion white parts - Green onion green parts (for garnish) - Sesame seeds (garnish) - Drizzle hoisin sauce (optional garnish) Storage & Heating β¨οΈ - Store for up to 5 days in the fridge, I like to store the sauce seperate but this is optional - To reheat, add the contents to a microwave safe bowl and microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 3-4 minutes till heated through, mix well and enjoy!
