To the parents of Floyd County & Rome City Schools:

For the past 16 years, our facility has reached out to Floyd County & Rome City Schools to bring in students for a field trip for our annual Halloween event. We see this as an opportunity to form a bridge with our community and break the negative stigma that can sometimes come with nursing homes.

During this time, thousands of kids have walked through our halls and filled our residents with such joy to see their sweet faces as they get to fill their bags to the brim with treats like they are spoiling their own grandchildren. We spend many weeks preparing our facility with decorations to make it a unique and exciting experience for the students, chaperones & teachers.

This year we are saddened to learn that under new administration, some schools cannot participate this year, but we would like to carry on this tradition so, parents, if you would like to see your Floyd County or Rome City elementary kids share in this experience this Halloween, please reach out to the school and have them contact us!
