This July, we’re focusing on protection, education, and advocacy for two crucial health observances: Sarcoma Awareness Month and UV Safety Month. 🎗️☀️💛 Sarcoma Awareness: Known as the "forgotten cancer," sarcoma develops in bones and connective tissues. This month, we're sharing the message to Know. Act. Advocate. If you notice an unusual lump or persistent deep pain, trust your instincts and talk to a doctor. Don't forget to wear yellow for on July 8! 😎 UV Safety: Protect your skin and eyes during the peak of summer. Remember to apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every two hours, seek shade between 10 AM and 4 PM, and wear 100% UV-blocking sunglasses. Let's look out for ourselves and our community this summer! 👇
