This was an “experiment of one,” but we know that beans are a staple in communities where we find the “super agers” that live very long and healthy lives (see Blue Zones). If you add a daily serving of beans you’ll increase your fiber and protein. Both are good for health and weight management.

Sampson Partners Inc. is honored to support the First Baptist Church of Clinton Food Pantry Ministry, located at 900 College Street in Clinton. This is an interesting “experiment” looking at different body types, muscle mass and calories they burn. When they talk about “skinny fat” that’s what I’m warning all of my weight loss patients to avoid. Just being skinny can’t be the goal.
