Dr. Jaban Moore talks about this a lot. You can find a pdf on the low histamine diet on the Johns Hopkins Medicine website. I have found this diet incredibly helpful for some of my autoimmune patients and I reccomend it for migraines as well as liver support through Chinese herbs and liposomal glutathione. I love Terra Health Essentials for glutathione. I’m not affiliated, I just love that brand.
