💚Hi Friends! We need your help! 💚
Last year, JSP was honored to provide the food for the Back to School Bash. Watching our community come together to make sure local kids were ready for the school year was something we'll never forget.
There were backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, immunizations, laptops, and so many people donating their time and resources simply because they wanted to help. It was one of those days that reminded me just how special this community is.
As we drove home that afternoon, we kept thinking and chatting about "How can we do more next year?"
This year, we found our answer.
JSP is proud to be a donation site for a community clothing drive benefiting local students.
We're collecting new or gently used school clothes (Preschool through 12th grade), hoodies, and gift cards for shoes. Every donation will stay right here in Douglas County and be given to local students at the Back to School Bash on August 22nd.
A new backpack is exciting, as is having clothes that fit and help a child feel confident on the first day of school can give them an extra boost of confidence and set them up for a successful year!
If you've cleaned out closets, your kids have outgrown clothes, or you'd like to pick up an extra hoodie while you're out shopping, we'd be honored to pass it along to a student who needs it.
📍 Donations can be dropped off at JSP through August 15th.
This community has always shown up when someone needs a hand. Let's do it again and help make sure every local student starts the school year feeling confident, cared for, and ready to learn.
