Front Desk Receptionist

Our front desk is the heart of our busy wellness clinic. This position is Monday through Friday and is responsible for scheduling appointments for our chiropractic, massage therapy, and counseling providers, assisting patients, answering phones, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Happy National Chiropractic Assistant Day to Heather and Ashley!
Chiropractic assistants are so much more than the friendly face that greets our patients. CA's complete specialized training and testing to learn patient care, rehabilitation procedures, and clinic operations. Their knowledge and skill help keep our office running smoothly and ensure our patients receive the best possible care every day.

Now for a man who needs no introduction, but he does deserve recognition so here we go!
Dr. Naugle is the owner and lead Chiropractor at Better Life Wellness Center. He was born and raised in Roseburg, completed his undergraduate studies at Linfield University, and went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic at University of Western States in Portland. Shortly after starting his own practice in 2006 he obtained a certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician.
Dr. Naugle genuinely cares about his patients and takes great joy in helping people improve their health and quality of life. We are grateful for the dedication and care he brings to Better Life every day!
When Dr. Naugle isn't in the office treating patients or managing Better Life's ever growing staff, he can most often be found hunting and fishing all around the Umpqua Valley with his son Brooks.

With so many new faces joining our page, we thought it would be the perfect time to help you get to know the amazing Chiropractors here at Better Life Wellness Center, starting with Dr. Ashley Jarrett!
Dr. Jarrett was born and raised in Douglas County, graduating from Glide Highschool before going on to continue her education at Umpqua Community College and Eastern Oregon University. She later completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States in Portland, Or.
Dr. Jarrett Specializes in gentle chiropractic techniques including Thompson drop table, flexion-distraction therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue technique, and Kinesio-taping.
When she is not in the office helping human patients, Dr. Jarrett is in the final steps of receiving her certificate in animal chiropractic. Stay tuned in the coming months for announcements regarding this exciting next step in Dr. Jarrett's chiropractic career!

As our practice has continued to grow we have decided to create a separate social media page dedicated exclusively to our our counseling center services. This page will allow us to better share mental health resources, therapist introductions, counseling updates, wellness tips, and supportive content specifically focused on emotion and mental well-being.
Our chiropractic and massage services will still remain active on this page, while our counseling center will now have it's own dedicated space and community.

Jason is a Registered Associate Professional Counselor with more than 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.
