I’m so pleased to welcome John “Jay” Billingsley, III, MD to my practice. Dr. Billingsley is an experienced, board-certified ophthalmologist hailing from Arkansas. He did his ophthalmology residency at U. of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center after earning his MD and serving an internship at U. Of Missouri.
