A little kindness can make a BIG difference!

Sunrise Enterprises is proud to be part of the planning committee for Douglas County's 5th Annual Make a Difference Day on Saturday, October 24!

With 15 volunteer projects across Douglas County, there are so many ways to give back. And we'd especially love for you to join us at Sunrise!

Our Kindness Rocks project is back! We're looking for 12 more volunteers to help us paint colorful rocks with encouraging words, cheerful designs, and little messages of kindness to share with our community.

No artistic talent required (stick figures and polka dots are welcome!), just a willingness to spread a little joy.

📅 Saturday, October 24 | 9 AM–Noon
📍 Sunrise Enterprises, 423 NE Wi******er St., Roseburg

All ages and abilities welcome! Come as an individual, bring your family, or invite a friend.

All of our Sunrise Managers met today and got into the Halloween spirit. Teams worked together to decorate pumpkins and now we need your help to choose the FAVORITE and the UGLIEST! Please cast your vote by commenting a heart ♥ for your favorite and a crying emoji 🤣 for the ugliest. And don't worry...no feelings will be hurt as many had the goal of creating the ugliest. 😁 Votes will be calculated at the end of the week.

Thank you and enjoy our fun creations! 🎃

Today, we’re giving a HUGE shout-out to our amazing Sunrise Janitorial Crew! 💛🖤

These hardworking team members help keep workplaces throughout our community clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for business every day. We’re a little late getting these photos posted, but appreciation does not have an expiration date.

Last week was DSP Appreciation Week, which gave us an excellent excuse to celebrate some truly wonderful humans with goodies and probably more sugar than strictly necessary.

Our Direct Support Professionals and Employment Professionals bring patience, humor, creativity, flexibility, and a whole lot of heart to Sunrise every day. They encourage independence, create opportunities, solve problems, cheer people on, roll with the unexpected, and somehow keep smiling through all of it.

So yes, DSP Appreciation Week may technically be over, but our appreciation definitely is not. Thank you to all of our amazing DSPs and EPs for everything you do.

🎉 Thank You for Celebrating with Us! 🎉

💛🖤What a wonderful day at Sunrise Enterprises! 💛🖤

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the grand opening of our Mulholland location! We are so grateful to our community, partners, staff, participants, and supporters who helped make this day so special.

From the ribbon cutting and tours to the activities, laughter, and connections, it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this exciting new chapter for Sunrise. We are so proud of this space and the opportunities it will create for the people we support.

Thank you for being part of the Sunrise family and for continuing to support our mission of supporting people with disabilities to work, grow, and belong. 💛
