About Us:
Our homes are dedicated to providing exceptional care to 4-5 elderly residents in each home. We are seeking compassionate, responsible couples who can live on-site and serve as caregivers and resident managers.

Position Details:
* Schedule: Flexible scheduling options (e.g., 5 days on/2 days off for one partner, 2 days on/5 days off for the other) to ensure 7-day coverage.
* Living Arrangements: Private room with full privacy in a fully-equipped home.
Compensation:
* Rent-Free: Enjoy living in a beautiful riverfront home without paying rent.
* Bill-Free: All utilities and groceries for both residents and staff are fully covered.
* Paid Work: Earn a salary while working from the comfort of your own home.
