FAQ: How do I know my body is talking?

Oh, you'll know. You just been ignoring it.

1. Head — Here come this headache AGAIN

2. Shoulders — basically wearing them as earmuffs

3. Lower Back — you get up making sound effects Ooooh…wait

4. Feet — shoes off before you even make it in the house

FRIENDS, that's information.

Your body has officially sent the memo.

You gonna read it or nah 👀

Psst… friend 👀

Just because you feel that knot right there doesn't mean that's where it's coming from.

Massage isn't just about where it hurts. It's about understanding what your body is telling you.

Come get on my table 💜

Your body talks. I help you listen.
