Sneak peek! At last, we are launching affordable counseling through group therapy. Getting ready to start filling this group focused on building resilience and mental strength. This will be in answer to the common request "are there skills and tools I can learn to cope with x?" Yes, there are a LOT, and Danielle and I will be working with this group to help figure out which tools work for each person. It will be a great exploration. This is a snapshot of the flyer that I am writing up .. should have it launched in a week and ready for sign-ups. Can't wait! Group begins January 11th.

Is there anything so wonderful as filling your home with pumpkins and garlands and witches’ brooms and spider webs that stick to everything? My boys (and I) love decorating to the nines for Halloween. What we don’t love, and rarely do before Thanksgiving: taking it all down.
