SOUL Summer Yoga Series has returned. ✨
Soul Yoga is a practice of returning to breath, to body, to the quiet intelligence within you.
Rooted in mindful movement and guided awareness, each class is designed to soften the noise of the outside world and reconnect you to your inner rhythm.
Rather than striving or performing, Soul Yoga invites you to move with intention. Postures are approached as a conversation with the body, breath becomes the anchor, and moments of stillness are honored as deeply as movement.
Elements of meditation, subtle energy awareness, and nervous system regulation are woven throughout, creating an experience that is both grounding and expansive.
This is not just yoga as exercise, it is yoga as remembrance. A space to release what feels heavy, restore balance, and return to yourself with clarity, presence, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
