I get why people book 60 minute sessions.

Time for yourself is scarce.
And they fit better in the budget.

But the truth is... an hour isn't enough for a great full body massage.

It ends up feeling rushed.
Especially if you're trying to focus on problem areas.

It's kind of like trying to deep clean your whole house in ten minutes...
you can do a little of everything, but nothing gets the attention it really needs.

I feel that too.
And when I'm rushed, I'm less grounded.

Which means it's not as calming for your nervous system.

By the time the session ends, your body is just starting to relax.

And then it's over...
right when your body is asking for more.

So do yourself the biggest favor and gift your body the time it needs for true healing.

Most people don’t actually need more pressure.

They need more time.

Time for their body to settle.
Time to exhale.
Time to feel safe enough to let go and relax their muscles.

I’ve been really drawn to longer and slower sessions lately.
Less rushing. Less “fixing.”
More listening to what the body actually needs.

It’s a completely different experience and I invite you to come experience it.
