Many ask what was the shift ? What got you going Life I have had days I go to the gym and think dam I don’t want to go! But then I walk in get greeted by my family my friends all of us working on ourselves! Pushing, encouraging, believing and that’s all I need funny part none of them are related but they r closer than my real family checking on me, calling or just a text! You don’t need to be blood! It’s nice cause I have always been the girl texting all now I have my group! plus my PRE WORKOUT CAUSE I NEED THAT! I thank my beautiful daughter 𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕟 ❈ for correcting me! Encouragement and how proud she is of me! I don’t ever want to be a momma that looks back! I know it’s hard to start but it has been 2 years and almost 9 months working out almost 7 days a week but maybe 5 weeks not that’s ok! No Glp which is my choose since we sell peptides! I just needed to do it with Sarms, high product, and lots of supplements I kind of have a hook up! I love it when someone that is 120lb wants to tell me how to change girl has done it! Monday motivation, always remember where you come from and always remember to take one day at a time and I think Bayside Church further guidance cause it wasn’t for God my strength and all the hours in the gym and finally just loving myself. I don’t think I would be able to do this need help or just want to see what I’m taking or have any questions. I’m an open book because Girl really doesn’t care what people think anymore you just have to love yourself.

Such an awesome short trip ! First Thai message , San Francisco Giants game! San Diego Zoo private tour feeding the giraffes getting behind the scenes with the elephants and all other kinds of animals too many to mention then pedicure then ate a late lunch at Mona, Lisa and Lil, Italy amazing and then back to the airport for me and Allie is still down there. Awesome short trip here are some of the photos.

When I started this journey 2 1/2 years ago! I knew I was ready I was wanting a better health for myself! I knew it would take time, discipline dedication and determination I had let myself go to hell! I used food as my way of dealing with emotions all my adult life. If I was happy I would eat if I was sad I would eat! I didn’t deal with drama, death or anything else that I had gone through! I wanted to do this for me No one else! I am asked all the time if I used a glp to help and I can say no! I don’t judge anyone that does cause we are all walking are own path! I needed to get right with food and my workout YES I USE A S**T LOAD OF SUPPLEMENTS! I am convinced this is the only way one can get the goals they need to help them! But that is my personal opinion! Yes it has been a lot of work I have worked out at least always 6 days a week! Even when I didn’t want to even on vacation! Our store sells everything even peptides! Let me tell you first hand this has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself! I thank mine daughter .noe9 for teaching me and pushing me! I thank my friend Cindy for pushing me about 2 times a month! Telling me to lift heavier! I thank my husband for understanding I will be home late cause of the gym! I still see the old me in the mirror but hopefully in time that will change, but let’s be honest we r all broken just trying to figure it out! I am happy to help you in your fitness goals cause I can actually say I have been there and still working on me! Don’t feel like we all don’t have s**t in the closet we r just trying to make it tomorrow! Many ask why I wanting to change it was just time to get my life back!
