❓ What is the Immigration Medical Exam (Form I-693)?
👉 The Immigration Medical Exam is a required health check for people applying for a U.S. Green Card or adjustment of status. It ensures you meet all vaccination and health requirements set by USCIS.

❓ Does insurance cover the immigration medical exam?
👉 No, insurance does not cover the immigration medical exam. Payment is due at the time of your visit.

❓ How long does the process take?
👉 The process usually takes about 1 week from the day you call us to schedule your appointment until your paperwork is ready.

❓ What do I need to bring to my appointment?
👉 Please bring:

- A valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID)
- Your vaccine records or any proof of previous immunizations

❓ What if I don’t have all my vaccine records or I need vaccines?
👉 That’s okay! We provide all required vaccines in our office. Our doctor will review your records and let you know which vaccines are needed.

👉 No, fasting is not necessary. You can eat and drink normally before your appointment.
