Went back to my old clinic..wow..for something that's been a big part of our lives..and to say it in past tense..
I had a great visit and the nurses, Cna's and my old friends say I look great and more handsome. ( they said that)..
Found out 3 of my friends have passed..1..named Maria who didn't speak a lick of english..paralized..and blind... she made the best of her situation..one time I was leaving.. she was waiting on transport.. I don't speak fluent spanish..but I can pick up on certain words. I told her goodbye and have a great night. . See u thursday.. she said .ok. same to you..but do u have Ma*****na?. I laughed and said..I do not..all in spanish...
Well...Maria passed and it broke my heart..even though she now in heaven..walking. with sight .and smoking her ass off!!

Another worked for Lucas Films and her office was 4 down from George Lucas..she would tell me of the holiday parties..and how..every character from Star Wars would be there..actors in costume..R2 D2 rolling around...

I will miss them...
All were in bad shape..but made the best of thier situation. ..

I'm so grateful for my new transplant. ..

So....

Yesterday I spent my 3 month post transplant..
And it was my birthday...54.. man... that's some age..

Well I spent my morning with my wife- daughter and My Dr who saved my life 12 years ago .

I think I had a pretty good birthday.

Today is my birthday..and I spent it with my Nephorologist... Dr Bhat came into my life 12 years ago..and when we had 0 gray hair..He is ultimately 1 of the main reasons why I'm here today..along with my beautiful wife Valerie Vasquez Posas .

I can't say anything negative about my Dr and friend.

I'm doing very well. Bern sleeping..

Today is crazy..

My own father passed at 54..and im now the same age.. I do miss him dearly..

This gives the less fortunate the ability and financial burden relief for the non so fortunate.

I for sure could've used it..I lost due to illness Mt regular occupation that brought in good to great money- monthly to have to rely on 260.00 a month with Valerie Vasquez Posas job.. wasn't much. Thank God for Valerie..she got our credit back on the respective score. We lived primarily off credit cards. .

So back to YMO.
I was in contact with Marina and we hit it off great. I offered her my story - briefly- ( seriously..)
I may be speaking at the fundraiser. Which is something I want to do. From being an amputee with not just 1 but 2 kidney transplants.. Either God really loves me..or he isn't ready for me yet. I believe that's why I'm here.

So speaking...well..I'm a very shy person and I tend to crack jokes..but deep down..I shake.. but for some reason I can do public speaking...

Anyways... I would appreciate if u wouldn't mind taking a look..if u can..donate ..

I may do a mass donation spot with collection of essential items for patients. Like 24 hr bags..dialysis bags with pillows thin to medium thick blankets.. I still have to see what they need. .
