All kinds of wisdom, ripe for the picking, in my summer reading. When we turn away from our authentic selves, life tries its darndest to coax us back. The task is to see how life is guiding us, helping us, showing us the path to our true self. Fortunately, life never stops trying. (And if you don't happen to have a handsome gamekeeper living on your estate to awaken your inner truth, know that homeopathy can help speed things along quite nicely.)

Rilke said that. Do you think it's a bit dark? I rather like it. It makes me want to slow down and be still. To pay close attention.

Serious, difficult times visit throughout our lives. Everything may be serious, as Rilke suggests, but from another perspective everything is also symbolic -- providing an opportunity for growth and expansion.

I'm audacious enough to propose that homeopathy is the best kept secret in mental health. If everything feels serious and difficult, a homeopath may be able to help you see your way through.

When I was little I distinctly remember a time when I wanted to be a make up artist. I guess I've always loved the idea of transformation. Today, instead of brushes, creams, and pigments, my tool is homeopathy and I get to see people transform in a different way.
