Dr. Kevin H. Dr. Small is from Nashville, Tennessee, and he received his B.A.

Small has a proficiency in the wide breath of plastic surgery including craniofacial procedures, breast reconstruction, trunk reconstruction, and lower extremity reconstruction. He has additional training and specialization in body contouring, post-bariatric body contouring, facial aesthetic surgery, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures (injectables, laser therapy, etc.). ved numerous honors and awards in academics, teaching and research excellence from the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation. Dr. Small has presented his innovative research at local, national, and international meetings; he has innumerable original manuscripts and book chapters in multiple peer-reviewed collections including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Topics of expertise include three dimensional imaging, breast reconstruction, body contouring and aesthetics. in Classics with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2004. Dr. Small received his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, New York in May 2008. He completed the combined plastic surgery residency program at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, New York in June 2014, and an aesthetic surgery fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in June 2015. Dr. Small is a former Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine and has been recently appointed as the Director of Plastic Surgery at New York Bariatric Group.
